I started with the free tutorials at gotoandlearn.com. I even bought the Actionscript 3.0 package. Anything instructed by Craig Campbell is awesome. Also try googling ActionScript Tutorials, or more specific search criteria. I also subscribe to an online library at O'Reilly Media.
