Hi, I found some code for something I need (for commercial use). the website allows to download the code for free but use it only for non profit projects (which is not what I do)..
I got the code and there were 3 files- html, css and js.
the html I'm not going to use cause I have my own html
the js code (it says in it - Released under the MIT and GPL licenses) I don't need either cause it works fine without it
and the css I'll have to change to get the look that I want
so after all the changes I need to make to those files, can I use it after all?
is the license valid only if I use the code as is?
basicly I'm just going to take few css parts that anyone could write, so it seems ok to me...

If the website only allows it for non commercial use, you shouldn't use it. Doesn't matter how you use the code, the license says otherwise.
