I am seeing a problem with my HP pavillion notebook. The laptop boots up, prompts for password and after entering the password welocme screen shows up and then blank screen appears with mouse pointer visible.
Any please help me out.. i have some critical data on it..also tried out safe mode but no use.
Can you open the task manager? If so, on the Applications tab, click New Task, and browse to C:\windows. Double-click the explorer.exe icon to open explorer.
