This is the hardware section so I guess I wanna try something. I have a spare Surfboard modem sitting around my house, anything I can do with it? I mean turn into something useful... I try to look stuff up, but can't find anything that calls my attention. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated lol.

If it is still pretty new you can use it if not, you can dissemble it and use different parts for different purpose. AS the name goes, use the modem as a surfboard. Or you can try selling it to a hardware shop or other people who might need it.
