So the first thing is to grab a Linux distro. I dropped Microsoft and installed Zorin 18 , there are two reliable browsers that come with a proxy vpn , Opera GX and Vivaldi. So , having Vivaldi I open the vpn and check the list of servers around the world. Usually the two most reliable hosts are Mexico and Seattle for your region. I am running the Proton vpn along with Proton mail. If you aren't too sure then get onto Gemini and ask for advice , Gemini has become my go to for solid assistance ranging from when my ancestors hit this country and who the captain was , this is back in the 1840's to what is happening out in the cosmos.
