I need some pictures if any one has a location of some to take apart the 2100. There appears to be 3 screws in the center just under the Keyboard and above the memory storage area that I'm having difficulty with.
I'm use to taking on the Dell laptops where the laptop tray came out and you could get to the MB.
Anyway I know alot of people had problems with the AC connectors a couple of years back and most people have moved on. I am hoping someone may have access to the compaq diagrams or pictures they took.
When I split the seam on the laptop the plastic and metal AC connector just fell out. Might be why I couldn't get any power. So I need to reattach or replace the part.
Any help is appreciated

I got a site of the Manual if this helps anyone else. Complaints are great to let you know what not to buy. Manuals and directions w/ pictures are the saving grace.
