Make sure that Internet Explorer is closed (all instances) before hitting the 'fix' button or it will not work.

no this is my laptop., im just trying to see if theres anything wrong with it since its been a little lagy .the other computer i was fixing is my cousins but she's out of the country till monday. so i have to wait till then.
