I company I have been working for has the follwing two viruses Backdoor-ciu & Vbs/pyfe according to thier IT support people.

Norton has only started recognizing it this morning(one new variant one brand new virus). I don't have norton! I'm using antivir XP.

the suspicion is that a CD of mine may be the cause. This makes me woried. My computer is working allright but is there a way that i can check if my computer is clean of these viruses???

Go here to TrendMicro for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.

Try this scan at Panda as well.
