Please help!

I had a horrible rootkit malwareinfection on my computer. After running many different registry cleaners, and virus/malware/spyware cleaners I seem to have gotten my computer in working order.

What the rootkit did was took away some of my privalages and started acting as an admin, where it changed many of my default settings and privaleges.

So now everything is in working order except one thing. The rootkit diisabled this... See link belown.

I AM the only user, and I AM an administrator but I have NO idea how to fix this. Please help.

Are you using Vista Basic or Home Premium or are you using Vista Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise edition?
The reason I ask is that the fixes I have found are different.
