hey guys,i got this blue screen error in my windows xp..(panda av blocked many malicious programs unknown threats like logonui.exe,system32\cpl32ver.exe,spoolsv.exe etc)"stop:0x0000008e(0xc0000005,0xf8314640,0xa8a9d6a4,0x00000000)" fastfat.sys-address f8314610 base at f831400,datestamp 41107eb7 """ at shutdown of my laptop & also when i hibernate, after some time system automatically starts,i dont know what is going on..can anyone urgently help

If so, do you have two antivirus programs installed because on that one you said you used avast but this one you note panda, or was that an online scan?
If this is the same computer you shouldn't have two posts going about the same problem on the same computer. Gets confusing for all involved and mistakes can occur.

i have only one anti virus then ..jst tell me that blue screen error problem at start o xp ..and ya its that same pc...somebody told me to rename C:\windows\system32\intelppm.sys ??????you got some solution

problem solved ,viruses may have caused it..now with second window i got alwil anti virus ...and got rid of this thing.but now 1st xp wont even start ..it gives blue screen on loading screen...thats it i m gonna repair it once more lets see because i dont wanna install same stuff again and again (format)
