Unable to open My comp and others...

Hi all,

Got a strange one here and that may be not that strange as i have read about it before on here but seem unable to rectify with methods suggested on here and usual suspects system restore.

I have for the past 48 hours been unable to open My Computer and now also Malwarebytes:-O

I have done the following

• MalwareBytes’ Anti-Malware log (unable to open)
• ESET Online Scanner log( unable to run along with Kaspersky, have ran Panda)
• BOTH Logs from Deckard's System Scanner (main.txt and extra.txt)(Not functionnal at present)
• Uninstall List (attached)
