My computer has been really slow lately. I used to be able to click IE or Firefox and it would popup almost instantly and now it takes 15 or so seconds.

Have you rebooted the computer lately? You are showing 5 instances of IE and 1 of Firefox running at the time of your scan. Have you cleaned out all temp files, internet temp files recently? Have you run a defrag lately?
Download CCleaner use it to run the default cleaning.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version if one is available. There are always new updates to the definitions.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then choose the drive(s) then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected if malware is found.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily.The log can be retrieved by opening up MBAM and clicking on the Logs Tab at the top of the program .

Reboot the computer

Next do this:

Please Run the ESET Online Scanner

* You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan and you will need to allow an Active X to be installed or you may use Firefox if you have the IE tab add on.
* You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
* Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
* When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt.
Reboot the computer.

Post back here with those two logs AND a new HJT scan log done AFTER the above steps are completed and the computer has been rebooted.

The logs look good. The item found by MBA-M was MyWebSearch Related so you should also go to Add/Remove and Uninstall any items found there related to the following:
* My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
* My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
* My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
* My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
* Search Assistant - My Way
There may not be any of the above but if you find any of them uninstall them.
Now you say your computer has gotten slower over time...was this AFTER the install of IE 8, or after the install of AVG 8?

It was after IE8 when is started getting slow. Then I installed AVG and that had no affect.

Many folks have complained about IE8 for various reasons, one of them is slowness. AVG 8 also has complaints about slowing the computer, mainly because it is a large program. You might consider one of the other excellent, and generally higher rated free anti-virus programs which aren't so bloated. Avira is what I use and many others I know use Avast. Both are excellent.
