Severe hijack & Trojan virus

hi, my other windows xp is really screwed, i scanned it with kaspersky, spyware doctor, ad-aware and lots more, it came up with alot of spyware, when i try to do a full system scan with norton, it won't work. I press "Full System Scan", then "scan now" it loads, but nothing comes up, and my computers really slow now, like somethings using up 100% of the cpu's resources, but when i press ctrl+alt+dlt, its on low cpu using :( And theres a note that comes up every few minutes on the bottom right hand corner of my desktop, it says im being attacked by a stealth.hjack virus and my computer might not boot next time i start it up, but it does go...(sometimes it doesn't, it goes up to the account choosing part, when i hold my mouse over an account, the mouse pointer doesn't turn into the hand thing and there isnt a yellow border around the account's picture, it just stays white)when i try to open search, my whole computer goes blank, then my desktop with nothing but my desktop wallpaper on it, no start tab, (same in safe mode) heres my other computer's HJT log:

Go to www.trendmicro.com, and then:

1. Click "Free Online Scan".
2. Click "Scan now, it's free".

It'll take a few minutes to download (especially with a dialup connection), so be patient. When it's down:

1. Select all available drives.
2. Check(tick) "Auto Clean".
3. Click "Scan".

When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:

MyWebSearch

The above could appear anywhere within the entry. Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.

okay, i got it working in safe mode with networking, but when i open up internet explorer and go into trendmicro, it closes down in like 2 seconds O_O

Try running IEFIX.htm which will repair IE and run a System File Check.

Post another hijackthis log.

In post #4 you said "when i open internet explorer", that's the reason crunchie suggested the fix in post #5.

I don't know what to tell you about the Mozilla plugin.

There shouldn't be much more for you to fix, but we won't know till you post another log :)

Trend Micro scan will not work with Mozilla as it uses active X controls. Internet Explorer must be used for the scan. Or, you can try this scan which uses Java.

The scan here does not require an active X install, but uses java instead.
