Every time I try to click add or remove programs via the control panel, my pointer turns into an hourglass for only a split second as if it were going to load the list but nothing happens.

I think it might have something to do with Scannow SFC and how it want me to put in my CD to replace dlls. But the problem is my disk is media center 2005 with SP2 and now I am running SP3 so it will not work. Now I would try to slipstream the disk but you cannot slipstream media center 2005.

What do I do?
