cant download updates to malware programs

hi im unabke to download updates to a number of malware and spyware programs and also am redirected to different websites when i click on the link in google.

What happens when you try to download the updates? Do you get an error message? Both MBA-M and SUPERAntispyware ARE running are you running the PAID or FREE versions of these programs? If you are running the free versions there is no reason for them to auto start or run all the time as they have no real time scanning ability unless they are the paid versions.

So is SpyBot TeaTimer, that should be turned off as it interferes with any fixes needed.
To turn off TeaTimer do the following:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
* If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode
* On the left hand side, click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident icon in the list
* Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer
I don't really see anything suspicious in your HJT log. Have you attempted to run scans with any of your programs, without updating them? If you have not then try to do a Full Scan with MBA-M. Keep all your browsers closed while doing so, also, turn off your AVG program too. See if you can complete a scan with it. If so, have it Remove whatever it finds. Reboot and come back here and post the log.

hi i use the free editions of the programs and when i try to update spybot it says error retrieving update info file. i will do a full scan then post a new log. thanks

hi ive done a full scan using malwareytes anti-malware 1.44, superantispyware 4.34 and also avg anti virus and this is hijackthis log.

So, where is the log? We cannot advise unless we have some clue was to what we are dealing with, this is why we ask for all the logs.
