Yazifind problems... I am not as computer literate as most people on this site...

Ok, so I came across your site while searching to try to find a way to remove Yazifind pop-ups. I registered, but I am not sure if I am doing things on your site the way that you want. I downloaded the HJT program (it appeared from other people's posts that I needed this). I ran the HJT program, and I will post my log below. I have run ad-aware, spy-bot, and norton AV to try to remove this problem, with no success. I started getting the yazifind pop-up at the same time as a variety of other pop-ups that I seem to not be able to get rid of. Can you please help me? Like I said, I am new to this (not computers, just new to trying to take care of things like this) and I am to the point of abosulte frustration with these pop-ups. Any help you may be able to give would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance... Scott

Make sure you tick Auto Clean.
When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.

Now, let's open a command prompt by going to the start menu and then select 'Run'.

In the box that pops up type in 'cmd'. The command prompt will open.

OR

You can go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt. Unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u WinStat13.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save typing them in.

Run HiJackThis then:

1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
2. Click "Open Process manager"

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:
