HI, my computer is infected with the Antivirus Action. I run the Norton 360, but was not able to remove the virus. I tried to looked for the listed H_key and exe such as agnz or yhsn, but did not find them on the directory. I went to different website on how to remove the antivirus action, but I could not find any of the files or the .exe listed. Has the new antivirus action change its files? Please help. Thanks.
