You all have been so helpful in the past when my computer crudded up, and now I am back with my husband's computer - it has really slowed down and for some reason he had to reinstall Microsoft Office because it wouldn't load anymore after all this started. He had to do a system restore a few times to even use Excel, and then he just reinstalled it but is afraid it will happen again. We are constantly running scans, and Spyware Doctor had been finding a Trojan that kept reappearing (didn't show up the last time I ran it), AVG never found it, and Spybot S&D and Adaware were clean...then I ran ewido out of curiosity and found 66 more things (tracker cookie things)...yuk.
I have tried to follow all those helpful things on cleaning the computer, and I have cleaned temp files and run scans and tried to decipher HJT as much as I can (since 5:30 this morning), now I just need an expert opinion to see if anything else is there that will just reload the bad things once I restart. I really really appreciate your help. I keep seeing the no file no name things popping up on the scans, and I don't know what the winlogon notify sebring thing is..otherwise, help! :)
