LimeWire Keeps starting itself up after I shut it down, the Task Manager won't open and I think I'm overloaded with spyware or viruses or something. Here is a HiJack This log:

Hi, Have HJT remove the following.

c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs\startup\svchost.exe

That file is supposed to be in the System32 folder, it not being there shows that it is a nasty.

Also have HJT fix this.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winupdates] C:\Program Files\winupdates\winupdates.exe /auto

That is the W32.Alcra.B worm. Very nasty.

Then have HJT fix this.

O4 - Global Startup: svchost.exe

Then download ewido and uncheck the background guard, and context menu options. Scan with this and save a log.

Post a new HJT log and the ewido log.
