I am VERY new to computers, so need some simple non jargonised advice! I've got a half decent puta with AVG, spybot search n destroy on it, an i've found this virus in windows\systems32\winsys.exe.
What should i do delete it, ignore it, burn my computer,give up,
again simple english language answers please.

If it cant be cleaned or quarantined .. then you should delete it.
