Greetings,
I checked through a post or two from here regarding this error earlier,but since his code and .dll file is different from mine,I'd like to request help for my case.For mine...

Application part:

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000a3c0.
Event ID : 1000

In the system part:

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the DirectX Service service to connect.
Event ID : 7009

Could someone please help me resolve the matter?I'm suffering from constant failure of internet use each time the error pops up(and that's everytime I use the PC).Please help.Thank you.

well i know this doesnt help, but im having the EXACT same problem, and ive only found generic host process errors that relate to different dll files but never netapi32.dll

i have 3 computers networked together and it has manifested itself onto the other PC's and when netapi32 fails I lose most networking functionality. I think we may have some new virus or internet worm that hasnt been discovered, anyway I hope someone looks into it. Ive scanned with countless virus and spyware programs and all have came up with nothing. Right now the only solution ive come to is formating everything and starting new :/

I too have the same problem just like the others netapi32.dll is also the log that im getting,, and every time it pops out my internet does'nt work..
