Need Serious help, constant crash with high CPU usage programs

Everytime i go to run a Program that uses high amounts of my computer CPU, Such as World of Warcraft, VLC player, and Solidworks, my computer freezes up and shuts down on it's own, its very frustrating.

My Computer is uptoday with all the updates, Mcafee has scanned and found nothing as well.

Your log looks clean. To troubleshoot this kind of errors, you have to mention if it has always been this way and if not, what did you do before it happened the first time. What are the exact error messages (if any)? What did you try already to get rid of it? This problem might be related to hardware as well as software and you should check your CPU temperature under full load. Check your RAM modules with Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com and have a look into the Windows Event Viewer for errors after such a forced shutdown. You should tell us your computers exact configuration, which drivers are used and which version number they have.
