I have an email address that contains my name but I guard that tenaciously, only giving it to a few very trusted organizations (my former employer for pension and info purposes), and also a very few trusted individuals. For everything else like Meta, Kijiji, Google, etc, I have a google email account that is not in any way associated with my name. Anything that goes to that address gets forwarded to my actual email account.
