I get this error every time I go to use liveupdate:

The following Symantec products or components are installed on your computer.

All of the Symantec products installed on your computer are currently up to date. Please check for new updates again in the future.

...I just installed it, and still have a years left of subscription, registered too. Whats going on?

Fixed it by re-installing :)
