Missing it, helping with logs all the time and I can't find the tools i need to remove this baddie ,fix it and search and cant find the file to delete and they just keep coming back .Im searching for that batch file to create a win.txt fiew !! these 3 cant be found anywhere.

Press 'Config'
Press 'Unmark All'

Check the following boxes only:
Registry -> Run Keys
System/drivers> Running processes
Press 'Ok'

Press 'Save' and select the location to save the log file
(default is the same folder as the application)

maybe when it comes back ,after 6 reboots it hasen't ,I took it back to owner ,after fixing all baddies and running ad-aware in safe mode,

Looks ok. With startdreck, it creates a log (for 9X only) that is posted, then there is another tool to fix the problem entry. This is the rest of it:

Download: "Win98Fix.zip" from here:

Unzip to its own folder.

Open Folder and double click on RunFix.reg file.
Hit 'Yes' to merge it into your registry.
Restart your computer.

The bad file should now be visible so you can delete it.
Browse to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\******dll.
Right click select 'Properties' and remove any 'Read only' protection.
Right click again and select 'Delete'.

then run the cwshredder, click FIX, reboot..

Thanks Crunchie ,i think im going to be going back to that computer to add some ram ,so i will check it again .
The boot camp moderator over at SWI ,told me to do a time travel test .by putting the computer ahead a few days ,run hijackthis ,and reset the day/time ,and if its going to return it will show up in the hijackthis log
