My mac book is a little angry so I take the drive nd used it as external. How I run my IOS on windows pc?

So far Apple does not offer a way to run IOS on a Windows PC or in other machines running say VMs on non-Apple gear.
Yes you can google it up about the question but you would be in hacker territory without any support and maybe in violation of agreements and possibly law.

Actually, you can run OSX in a VirtualBox VM on Linux. Not sure about Windows. How well that would work I'm not sure as I haven't tried it, but VBox does have an Apple OSX startup option. You can at least try it.
