When right clicking on the desktop, selecting personalization, then clicking themes... I get a rundll32.dll error

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
"Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

My option to click is... Close program..

How can i fix this .dll file or replace it. So I can get in to change my themes.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and this problem started after service pack 1 was installed

Any Idea’s, Im running in what looks like a classic display mode.. It’s quite ugly and looks stressing.

try a system restore before installing service pack 1 or before the problem started...

service pack 1 seems kinda buggy, i installed it and my sound quit working until i started the device driver program, which doesnt work with vista but worked fine before SP1 update...

see if this solves the problem...
