I have Windows Vista I recently upgraded my Windows Internet Explorer. Now everytime I get on the internet this about blank keeps poping up and it says internet stopped working and then I get a dll error. I now have 24 about blank pages with erros in about 2 minutes. I have downloaded abou 3 scan programs. I don't want to pay for another one. I can not even restore my computer to an earlier time before I installed the upgrades. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this blank page problem on Vista.

Install and try FireFox and see if it has that same problem.
