My scroll bar on my laptop doesn't work. When I went into my control panel it said "unable to point to the synaptic driver" How do I get it to work?

try re-installing the driver for your touch pad..it says the error "synaptic driver" so i guess your touch pad is using a synaptic driver.. go to your manufacturer's website and find the driver for your touch pad...
