I have a new laptop with windows 7 premium, it will not recognise my HP COULOR LASERJET CM1015 MFP all in one printer, it will print but not correctly and I cannot scan, I have downloded the drivers but to no efect, anybody have any sujestions.

did you get the correct driver ,is you win7 32 bit or 64 bit .
