It's been a while that I'm looking for a specific software that I cannot remember the name. I've found it once, but I lost it.

Are you looking for creating software's setup file?
Seems that I wasn't very clear. I know NSIS, Inno Setup, InstallShield and many others. But the one that I want is the same that made that setup I've linked before.
If I'm not wrong, it's name started with B (which doesn't help in anyway...). It had a kinda simple UI, with some side options and tabs.
