badImage-error.PNG c:\windows\systems32\l error is either not designed...[see attached image]

Computer ends up with an error " c:\windows\systems32\dwmapi.dll error is either not designed...[see attached image for more] ", when loading. It does even allow me to logon. Have tried safe mode, but end with a same error message.

Please assist.
