Hello Everyone. My hard drive went out a couple of days ago and has just been reformatted. I have 4 computers in my house. Before I had to reformat I would be able to print from my laptop to the desktop computer upstairs. Now I cannot seem to get it to work at all. I looked under the desktop and it said the Workgroup is Smith. The printer is attached to the computer known as Cynthia. I need it to attached to mine. But I can't get it to work. Please help.

I should mention, when I go to add this printer to my laptop. Some of the time I can see the Smith network, but it never shows the printer. On my other laptops it works fine and when I go to add a printer it shows everything fine.
