i want to install windosxp on machin already vista installed on it how can i do that ?

do you mean you want to wipe over vista with xp?
or do you mean you want to have them both on at the same time?
Jump to Postif vista doesnt show up in the bootloader you may need to add an entry for it under the primary systems (XP?) boot.ini

you partition your drive, and then you put in the xp cd.

ok i already did that but the result p.c boot from xp no o.s menu to select which operatig system to use
so my question how i get to o.s in my pc with condition the vista installed first

I think he wants to duel boot xp and vista. I didn't have any problems doing that but I had xp on drive C and installed vista on drive D (two physically different hard drives).
