Today i was deleting some things on the "add and remove" program. i clicked on CONEXANT AUDIO and removed it. i didnt know wht it was at first but know i know because my sound doesnt work. please help me get my sound back without losing my computer information.

You will have to reinstall it with the disks that came with either the computer or the soundcard.
