Hi,

I want to create a dual boot system with XP Pro and Windows 2003, with XP already being installed on my primary drive and I want to install Win 2003 to my second.

I'd like to have the option to pick which one at boot, but for XP to be the default.

Would I be able to just install Windows 2003 to the second drive and modify the XP boot.ini file, or would 2003 become the main OS?

If it would, could I unplug the XP drive, install 2003, then plug the XP drive back in and continue as normal?

Thanks in advance, sorry if I ramble.

Unplug the XP drive.
Plug in the 2003 drive.
Install Server 2003
Plug in XP Drive again
Modify XP Boot.ini

I think that should work?
