I am trying to setup a new MS Exchange Server account in Outlook 2003. I open Mail in Control Panel -> E-mail Accounts ->Add a new e-mail account -> pick MS Exchange Server. After I put in the server name and user name and try to Check Name it will quit responding. I cannot figure out why it quits responding, does anyone have any idea why it is happening and what I could do to fix the problem?
