What is the problem? What exactly are you trying to do? Seems it already has the chip you mentioned.

From what I can see from your system spec running sims 3 shouldn't be much a problem.

If this is your motherboard then you should be able to install another graphics card, though for sims 3 i dont think it will be neccessary
