I use skype a lot to call may family in Britain, now I use very basic call headset . There is no way to adjust level of volume on them, only way is to turn down volume level direct in skype, so I want to buy certified skype headsets with proper adjustment. I'm going to write that axtel blew the sale. And maybe others as well. If a seller or maker won't answer questions then you keep shopping.
