I have a Dell and I'm running 8.1. I can't download or upgrade anything. After a couple of days my email wont work and the internet slows down to a standstill. I usually restart my computer and it wont start. I keep hitting the reset button for about 15 minutes until it finally catches. A huge thank you for any help with my problems. Everything is backed up and was wondering--even though I don't want to should I upgrade to windows 10. Can I even still do this for free??? Here is my log from my computer. Thanks Again-Chris
