I also recommend to post comments on blogs that your targeted visitors would also be interested. Otherwise, the blog owner may suspect the comments not be genuine and not approve them.

I never heard of AdsPipe. I do wonder what kind of sites are part of the AdsPipe network - perhaps sites that have been kicked out of Google's network and reflect lower PageRank sites ?

Your original post is difficult to understand. Getting indexed is good but getting indexed and not appearing on front SERP pages is bad. Double check on search engines and see how your page appears on SERPS.

Not only SEO, but ensure that the contents and categories correlate with your SEO tactics. I have seen some message boards with archaic categories - from a SEO perspective, this does not help bring qualified traffic unless this traffic were using those specific search terms.
