Are the backlinks valuable, full of good, user-friendly content as well as relevant to your page? Also consider the age of the links... how old are the pages? the longer a page has been up, the more value it has.

As others have stated, yes. Link exchange is good... as long as its done with links to sites with good PR. Sites that are related, and have quality content. Bad links... Bad PR... those will harm you more than they will do you good.

is there any blank space in the image? Try making sure the image height and width is exactly as it should be. Otherwise, i have this problem sometimes when i use a lot of tables... sometimes i accidentally fill a cell in blank... and that can cause that as well.

"According to the sandbox effect, links which may normally be weighted by Google's ranking algorithm, not least improving the position of a webpage in Google's index, may be subjected to filtering to prevent their having a full impact. Some observations have suggested that two important factors for causing this filter …

Id suggest investing time in learning programming..even if you do end up in a field that doesn't require much programming, it's always helpful to know. Not to mention, the practice helps with problem solving skills and critical thinking :) If you can read and understand SQL already, you're closer to …

not to mention people here are super nice, even when answering basic "i see this question CONSTANTLY" types of posts. Not all forums have experts that are not only helpful but friendly, too. lol Maybe these people are genuinely just good human beings.

Yes, I believe they can. Even though they are helpful to the user, a spider is just going to see your links as being less valuable. I found a page with a video of Matt Cuts explaining this in more depth- http://www.dailyblogging.org/seo/avoid-tag-clouds-to-prevent-keyword-stuffing/

If you haven't made a game yet, id recommend starting with something simple like Tic-tac-toe. Its easy, and helps you learn the basics of game design and can also be valuable with incorporating images.

My boss wants me to research weather or not someone can "tell on a company" with unethical seo tactics. Can people make reports to google, or other search engines? If a company creates multiple domains with like content etc... any input?
