hey

i jsut have small question
it might be silly
but i am new to database
and don`t know anything about SQL
first is SQl the same thing as SQL server?

second
i have MS visual studio installed on my PC
how can i start using SQL!!!
like what is the first step to make new database table....
starting from scratch...
