hi guys,
is there any stand alone GUI designer which could deal with most of Swing components and generate human readable code and also free

I think NetBeans since version 5.5 have the option to build GUI by drag and drop way of Visual Studio. Not sure as I never used that option, I love my code with bugs to much give it to IDE to create it for me ;)

no such thing exists. They're all integrated with IDEs, just like Visual Studio has one integrated for its languages.
