hi guys,
how to distribute or relocate the swing components on the holding frame when window maximize button is pressed????

Possibly use a LayoutManager, theres many to choose from. If you want more control you can handle the event when the holding window is resized, in which you can calculate from the size and location of the parent frame, the new size and location of your swing component..
