Dear all I am currently trying to find a java source code with which either HTTP POST or GET request can be catch from my program, then the HTTP POST can be read to our user on my program,,,can some body help me ?

I have no idea what you mean with "be catch from my program". If you mean you want to snoop network traffic then Google "JPCap"
