I want to use mysql in my c++ applications .
please provide a detail procedure for using mysql as database in c++ ?

I suggest standard mysql connector c++. Here is a complete tutorial. There I wrote something about odbc interface. There is also a mysql connector/odbc interface.

i was saying that how can we connect c++ applicaiton with mysql database & please give example for installing and connecting with c++...
