Hi All,

I'm a trainer and I recently wrote a training booklet to be handed out at the end of Perl training courses. It has a creative commons license so I thought I'd share it here with you all.

It's not designed to be a booklet for learning Perl, more a booklet to be read after a course has finished. Unless you know something about Perl, the booklet won't make any sense! It doesn't attempt to be 100% accurate in terms of the implementation, only explaining as much as is useful to understand how things work.

Anyway, the booklet can be found here:

I hope this is useful to anyone that needs a basic model of how Perl works, or needs to help a friend understand how code maps into structure.

Thanks,

Martin
