Hey guys, I am new in C programming. I am trying to write a program in C to determine the probable value of a POWERBALL lottery ticket, given a
particular jackpot amount and number of people who chose that jackpot combination. The program
should ask the user for those two values, and then use them and the other fixed odds and payouts to
calculate and print out the probable value of any ticket. (All these calculations apply before the actuallottery drawing – after the drawing the value of each ticket is known.) How can I write this program using the risk management technique?
