I want to make a facebook bot that will answer questions that get sent to me.
I need to know how to make my application send and receive messages.

Jump to PostI concure with the user above. Facebook's Developer page has a lot or good resources and explains their APIs in detail so if they have what you are looking for, they will have a detailed tutorial for you so you can get everything set up!

You should start with facebooks developer page. Take a look at their APIs to see if there is anything there you can use to integrate with facebook.
